    Merck Connect is an integrated suite of resources designed to provide licensed Canadian healthcare professionals with access to Merck product information, condition information, patient support content, and professional education materials.
  • Is there a cost to access Merck Connect?

    No. There is no cost for licensed Canadian healthcare professionals to access Merck Connect.
  • Who can register for Merck Connect?

    Licensed Canadian healthcare professionals only may register for Merck Connect; however, many of the resources available on the site are intended for healthcare professionals to use with their patients.
  • How do I register for Merck Connect?

    Register here. Alternatively, you can register by clicking the "Register" link at the top or side of the page and enter the appropriate information. All fields that include a red asterisk (*) are required. All of the information you submit on this form is protected under our Privacy Policy.

  • What should I do if I am having trouble with my Merck Connect sign in?

    If you are having trouble logging in to Merck Connect, email our Helpdesk Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Eastern Time.
  • How do I change my account information and password?

    Once you've logged in to Merck Connect, click on “My profile” at the top of any page. In the My profile section, select “Edit profile or Change my Password” to edit your account information or password.
