GARDASIL\u00ae9 has been issued market authorization <strong>with conditions<\/strong>, pending the results of trials to verify its clinical benefit. Syncope,\u2028 sometimes associated with falling, has occurred after vaccination. Therefore, vaccinees should be carefully\u2028 observed for approximately <span class=\"no-text-breaking\">15 minutes<\/span> after administration of GARDASIL\u00ae9    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Routine monitoring and Pap test in women should continue to be performed as indicated    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Do not discontinue screening for cervical, vulvar, vaginal, anal, oropharyngeal and other head and neck \u2028 cancer if it has been recommended by a healthcare provider    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Consider delaying vaccination in presence of current or recent febrile illness    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Immunocompromised, including HIV, patients may have a reduced antibody response    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Safety and efficacy have not been evaluated in geriatric (\u2265 65 years of age) and pediatric ( &lt; 9 years of age)\u2028 patients    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Caution in individuals with thrombocytopenia or any coagulation disorder    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Use appropriate precautions against sexually transmitted diseases    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    The administration of GARDASIL\u00ae9 during pregnancy should be avoided. Advise women who become or \u2028 plan to become pregnant during the vaccination series to interrupt or postpone the vaccination regimen until\u2028 completion of pregnancy.
