Dose adjustments
Patients ≥65 years old: No dose adjustment is required in patients ≥65 years old.1
Renal impairment: No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild, moderate or severe renal impairment. PIFELTRO® has not been adequately studied in end-stage renal disease and has not been studied in dialysis.1
Hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is required in mild (Child-Pugh Class A) or moderate (Child-Pugh Class B) hepatic impairment. PIFELTRO® has not been studied in severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C).1
Co-administration with rifabutin: One tablet of PIFELTRO® should be taken twice daily (approximately 12 hours apart).1
