Login and My Account
If you are having trouble logging in to Merck Connect, email our Helpdesk Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time.
Once you’ve logged in to Merck Connect, click on ‘Profile’ icon at the top of any page. Under the ‘Profile’ icon, select ‘Edit Profile’ to edit your account information or password.
